Responsibilities:
- Champion the software development cycle from requirements gathering, architectural design, planning, testing of the new features or modules in the system for scalability, performance, and decentralized solutions on the blockchain.
- Design and implement Web3 technologies - blockchain, smart contracts, protocols, proofs, wallets, nodes, explorer, open source, distributed ledgers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Software Applications and Blockchain development.
- Knowledge of Web3 and development tools, blockchain trends, techniques, best practices, and technologies.
- Experience in working with various types of cryptography to secure data.
- Outstanding understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of various cybersecurity guidelines and protocols.
- Sound understanding of Financial Markets Services and best practices.
- Harness strong relationships and collaborate across functions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must. Familiarity with Malay or Chinese would be a plus point.

Senior Java Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Well versed with the overall technical blockchain architecture
- Develop complex and highly interactive web application
- Design and development of web applications using java frameworks
- Develop and maintain new & current application
- Write new code and maintain existing/re-usable code
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education (Degree or Diploma) in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines relevant field is preferred
- Expertise in Java based frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud etc., and Spark, Kafka, JMS, JPA, Hibernate, Docker and using MVC, web services, microservices architecture
- 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in Java software development
- Knowledge in software troubleshooting skills
- Experiences in production support
- Understanding on CI/CD practises
- Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages
- Experience in Javascript framework such as VueJS, React, NodeJS will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Dockers will be an added advantage

Senior DevOps Engineer

- Develop and optimize operation and maintenance solutions, promoted the improvement of deployment and monitoring automation.
- Find performance problems in the existing business architecture and optimize the overall performance.
- Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of various businesses and handling abnormalities.
- Be enthusiastic about operation and maintenance work and pay attention to cutting-edge operation and maintenance technology.
- Sensitive safety awareness, able to find and solve safety problems in time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 5 years experience using CentOS/Redhat/Ubuntu, Widnows Server.
- Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP protocol, use your rich experience to solve network problems.
- Familiar with various components of LNMP architecture and able to make optimization suggestions.
- Familiar with various open source components (Redis, MQ, LVS, BIND, etc.).

Marketing Executive(Blockchain)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing activities, including press release announcements, technical blog posts, community initiatives, social media campaigns, and day-to-day planning of the content calendar.
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns, such as AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways, podcasts' guest appearances, and Twitter Spaces.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to benefit both the long-term and short-term growth of the company.
- Establish the business's brand-building strategies across all channels, including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Medium, and other 3rd party platforms.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the blockchain/crypto industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, particularly DeFi and Web3, is a must.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design knowledge is a huge plus.
- Digital marketing fluency for work on our channels and performance measurement, including all common-knowledge marketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and delivers work of a high standard.
